We believe both the client and the counsellor are on a journey together as they constantly construct and reconstruct their meanings. We believe each person is an expert of him/herself. We build an open, safe and non judgmental connection with clients where they are free to be themselves. It is through this connection that clients are able to be active agents of change enabling them to reach their potential socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically and spiritually.

We collaboratively work with clients and choose a counselling approach that best fits with the client and their situation. Our main theoretical approaches and intensive trainings include:  Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, Gordon Neufeld's Developmental and Attachment approach, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Art and Play Therapy. Given the diversity of our counsellors, we are able to specialize in helping individuals of all ages: children, adolescents, young adults, mid life and seniors.  We work with individuals struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, divorce, grief, stress, friendships, behavior, eating disorders, self esteem, life transitions, trauma and the messiness of life. When working with clients, our counsellors brings their passion for counselling and the belief that people can be active agents of change.
