Kendra considers it an honour to walk alongside clients who face challenges, and believes that all people have the capacity to heal and to change. In session, Kendra embodies a warm, non-judgmental presence, and strives to create a safe space for clients, giving them permission to show up exactly as they are. She is passionate about using a collaborative approach, working together with clients to learn about themselves and pursue their hopes for the counselling process.

Kendra is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, holding a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University. She incorporates techniques from a variety of client-centered and experiential therapeutic approaches, with her practice being informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Satir method. She enjoys working with clients of a variety of backgrounds and demographics.
