Amanda Adamson recognizes that life is hard and we can’t do it alone. It takes courage to ask for help and Amanda would be honoured to join with you as you face the small to mountain-sized challenges in your life. She works hard to provide a safe, collaborative, nonjudgmental space for your story to be shared and is excited to journey with clients as they work towards wholeness and healing.
While utilizing a systemic perspective, Amanda draws from EFT and attachment theory while also growing in her knowledge of a trauma informed approach. She has experience in areas such as grief/loss, childhood disorders, post-abortion issues and ADHD in both children and adults. She welcomes the opportunity to work with couples and families as well as individuals.
Amanda is currently in the process of obtaining her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from ACTS.
