Jackie Tsang believes real peace or satisfaction in life rests upon the meaningful connections with self, others and the world. Based on this orientation, Jackie meets her clients where they are at and works collaboratively with them to discover their internal strengths and resources in order to facilitate ongoing personal growth and self-awareness. With a safe space and positive regard, her clients find their true selves that they ultimately embrace and appreciate. From the fundamental lens of a systemic framework, each person is understood and valued in the context of his/her family of origin and social network.
Jackie is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, Satir Model in the Sand Tray, EMDR, and Neufeld’s Attachment Theory. Mindfulness has also emerged as Jackie’s practice with herself and her clients.
